It's been so long since we've seen this part of the story I'm afraid I'm gonna have to do some exposition here. There's just no two ways about it I say I must say. I'll try to keep it to a minimum...

I thought it would be The House Of The Rising Sun but just looked it up and NO, it's not that. So my question is, without looking it up what do YOU think it is? This pic actually made my day because I'm making significantly less money than before. If my P.V.S ever goes away and I don't suddenly kick the you know what I'll be off looking for a better job let me tell you. I haven't been here for quite a while because I'm so profoundly fatigued all the time. It's affected my cartooning big time for the past couple years and it's worse in the winter so my apologies for the few lame pages in this time. It's actually less severe this year but I've just said 'fuck it I'm drawing less for the time being. Just give me sleep'. Did I mention whining is also one of the symptoms because it is. The good news is I've quit smoking and I never bought any crypto currencies and did some other good investment moves at the beginning of the current natowar when people smarter than me said I was fucking CRAZY. So you wanna know what my outlook for this shitty year is? I'll tell you right here and now. I'll never believe anything they say ever again and fuck everyone except my honest and open-minded friends and all my buds and buddettes here at this whacky little backwater website.

Holy crap I'm FINALLY ready to transition to another part of the story. But I need your help everyone! My Mac-Mini from YEARS ago had the basic photoshop built into it which was awesome and EASY to figure out. The I-Mac I have now doesn't have anything like that. All I really need to do is download all 378 pages of Lust so I can do that old 'previously on Lust' thing where I take some panels from the previous pages to build up for the next part of the story. It'll pretty much be just copy and pasting some panels and being able to adjust their sizes so they fit into the panels of the next page. So if anyone's got any suggestions on what ap or whatever to download for doing something like that would be hugely appreciated. What I'm looking for is something SIMPLE to use and hopefully something cheap or free and safe to use while being compatible with a Mac. Any suggestions anyone? 378 pages long? I need so much reading to do. For drawing programs I just use the popular free ones, like GIMP, Krita, Inkscape, Blender.

Make that 379! In the process of saving every page I found out that I had two pages with the same page number. I had to edit about half of the pages as I saved them by the actual page numbers opposed to the drawing numbers shown when I opened them. Took forever and now my head is spinning after trying to keep everything from getting more mixed up.

I downloaded GIMP so I'll see if I can figure it out now...

I use a free version of Photoshop they released some years ago. I'm not sure if there is a Mac version of it. I tried Gimp, but I was disappointed with it. It can do simple graphic stuff, but it can't compare to Photoshop in function any more than a plastic tricycle compares with a motorcycle. Yeah, technically they are both vehicles...

I'm finding this GIMP practically impossible to use. I'm going through a tutorial right now and holy crap is there ever like five steps to go through just to do one thing.

It looks like no free version for Macs. I just installed Krita and seems to be quite easy to use, I'll try some more another day.

Text-to-image generators are small simulated brains which have learned to progressively remove noise from images to the point that they can generate a new image from pure noise and some textual description. The technology matured this year and now any amateur can download such a brain copy, put it on a server or personal computer and make it generate amazing pictures. During these last monthes, people also put back some brains in training by feeding them with porn and yiff. So now one can download a small brain who will happily produce as much naughty pictures as you want. Now if you want to make your AI generate art in your own style, and not generic stereotyped anthro art, you need more AI tooling so to inject your style in the AI's skillset. I've not tried this yet, so as an artist I've been quite disappointed by what I get. For example, I can't put a satisfying kangaroo tail to this nude character. I'd like her to have a kind of shark/otter/dragon tail but any attempt of mine to modify the IA inputs fails miserably.

AI is taking over...Art now will become a "hobby" at most, like coloring in a coloring book or painting a pumpkin at Halloween. It's over, man! xD Lol I heard all about this a while ago - the Japanese have pretty much perfected these AI image generators but they are now being used for various "bad things" I won't say what but just imagine and you will know what I am talking about. Kiwifarms has a thread about it in any case.

My gut-feeling is that downloading one of these 'brain copies' is a horrible idea because the main feature of AI is that it writes its own code. The establishment's excuse for all the things Edward Snowden has proven is 'hey it's all done by privately owned corporations so it's not the government so it's OK'. In the future they're going to say 'hey it's all done by AI so it's not a privately owned corporation so it's OK'. Except the only problem is the AI has written code 'to survive' so it'll be impossible to get rid of. Even if you go out and buy a new computer.

That looks great! I can't get A.I. to make anything even close to this. It works great at generating weird shit, though.
