It supports a 10MB MySQL database and PHP, so it should work fine. Like most web hosts, it's also Linux based, which is a plus.
Check to see what their banner ads look like. Wax handles ads better than OP, but if they have the dynamic banners that change size every now and then, that's a sure way to keep people from registering, because they won't be able to operate the menus.
