Once all the files have been uploaded and CHMOD accordingly, you have to go visit the page via a web browser. The installer doesn't have to have its CHMOD number changed. It's deleted after the installation finishes.
I'm using smartFTP and i cant get the install file to work i click on it and it just redownloas to the server. Any help on how to get this to work?
