I can't open that page. It just redirects me to a Yahoo! page telling me that the page could not be found. D:

Are you sure "modflags.php" has been uploaded to the server? I don't think there's anything in the file that will trip a server's spam filter, which is a common reason why some pages won't display properly.

If the file is on the server and it still doesn't work, give me a link to your board and I'll take a look.
