Asside from Kevin's new language pack support and Chinese translation, there's not much new in this version, so this is not a critical update.  The good news is, people can start working on language translations for Wacintaki.  I don't plan on changing too many things in the near future.

There is, however, another anti-spam fix, so if spam is a problem on your board, the update is worth a try.

Now on to Wacintaki 2.0...
