It would be nice to be able to select a default draw program, for those of us too lazy to select one every time. Along with that, it would be nice to be able to pick a default for the "animation" selector, because I chronically forget to check that, which messes me up if I get interrupted halfway through, safety save, and want to go back and rework something with layers. I wouldn't even care if the default got erased with every upgrade (given that draw programs come and go).
