as you can pass the "wacintaki owner" from one user to another?

Using phpMyAdmin, access the "op_oekaki" table. Find the user you want to be the new owner, and change the "rank" field to "9".

Code:

Rank values:

0 = Normal user
4 = Moderator
5 = Admin
7 = Super admin
9 = Owner
